As a general rule, there will be two
Communication Envelopes each month. The Communication Envelope will
be used for information that cannot be substituted or replaced by
electronic communication. The Communication Envelope will be
sent home the second and last Wednesday of each month.
The
majority of the school communication with parents will be posted each
week on the Parish Website under the school section. This will
allow us to use the technology available to our parents as we are doing
with our students, as well as helping the environment by drastically
reducing paper use. The web site will be updated each Monday.
It will be
necessary for everyone to plan ahead and follow this procedure for
communication to school parents.

the correspondence to the school office (smsoffice@comcast.net)
by noon on Tuesday for the following week.

After
approval by the principal, it will be forwarded to our webmaster and it
will be on the website the following Monday.
No
deviations to this procedure will be accepted.
