#13 The small windows (VI, VII, XII, & XIII) are located over the four side doors. We have the symbols of the four gospels. These symbols were first used by Ezechiel and later by John in the Apocalypse to stand for the throne to God's glory. The
Eagle signifies the gospel of St. John, reminding us of the dizzying heights
to which the eagle soars in flight.
