_This Ash Wednesday, February 22, The Healing Ministry and our School Stewardship program will begin our fifth year of our SMM Lenten Loving Bridge Program. Our Loving Bridges Program increases the awareness among our children that many people right under our own parish roof need love, time and support. Teaching the children that “We are the Church” is the cornerstone for this program.  This year our Loving Bridge partners are: Samantha Twining, Hugo Zaccaria, Mali Wolfe, Margaret Libri, Dan Shellington, Greg Siano, Ron Eavey and Joe Malloy.  With the generous help of over 25 parents and the SMM teachers, the children will be creating spiritual bouquets made up of acts of kindness, Lenten sacrifices, prayers and visits to the Blessed Sacrament for the healing and support of each of these partners.                          Blessings this Lent— Anita Morro
