Open the PDF file in a PDF reader with writing tools. You may need to download or open a PDF reader with writable options like Adobe Acrobat Reader DC or Foxit.
Be sure to complete, including Baptismal information fully, save the PDF form, and email it to PREP@stmarymagdalen.net. Or download and print to complete and scan or return to the parish office. Note: Families must be registered parishioners of our parish.
Students registered for the previous year will automatically be pre-registered for the next level.
However, Your child is actively enrolled once your payment is received for both returning and new enrollments. To pay securely online, please see the payment portal link above.
